			Hole-in-the-Wall is located in an old ranch house built by hand in the early 1940's and offers some of the best Western-style family dining in the Valley. The lunch menu offers a variety of sandwiches, salads and hot entrées. The dinner menu features mouth-waterin' Baby-Back Ribs, Mesquite-Broiled Steaks, Catfish, Homemade Biscuits, Cowboy Beans and more.
