PHOENIX, Ariz., April 3, 2008 – The Pointe Hilton Resorts, providing legendary customer service in the Valley of the Sun for the past 30 years, are stepping out in style with a fresh and more contemporary look and attitude.

Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort, 7677 North 16th Street, and Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort, 11111 North 7th Street, have completed a multi-phase, top-to-bottom property enhancement program that began in 2005. Final phase improvements include new guest suite furniture and amenities, updated public spaces and expanded spa and fitness facilities. Both properties were repainted in the striking theme of a Spanish Mediterranean Village to complement their mountainside locations.

The following is a summary of major improvements completed in 2007:

Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort

• 546 suites received new soft goods and case goods
• The Terrace Room, located at the Four-Diamond Different Pointe of View Restaurant, received new floors & fixtures
• Complete renovation and expansion of the main lobby to include the addition of a lobby bar
• Lookout Mountain Golf Course improvements include a remodeled pro shop
• All public areas upgraded including elevators, pool deck resurfacing and restrooms

Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort

• Final phase of guest accommodation upgrades including 97 suites and 11 ADA suites
• 12 casitas reconfigured (36 Suites and 24 Studios) and received new soft goods and case goods
• Tocasierra Spa completely renovated and expanded to include nine treatment rooms
• New Precor exercise equipment installed at the fitness center
• All public areas upgraded including elevators, casita driveways and restrooms
• Installation of a DS3 high-speed network with interactive full-motion, real-time video training capability for groups of up to 600

Additionally, work will begin in the Spring of 2008 for the construction of Highland Center, a new 12,500 square foot conference facility at Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort. Slated for completion by year-end, Highland Center will feature flexible meeting space with air walls, 18’ ceilings, a state-of-the-art sound and light system and kitchen facilities. Once completed, the resort will offer a total of 76,500 square feet of meeting and convention space.
